Senior Managers
At Senior Manager level the primary responsibilities are to develop new projects independently and together with the Partners, manage several projects simultaneously. A Senior Manager must ensure top quality service while managing client relationships from first contact to the final presentation.
Qualifications for becoming a Senior Manager include an MBA or other advanced degree(s) as well as a minimum of 5-7 years of consulting or industry experience. Senior Managers must be skilled in presentation techniques, written and verbal communication and have substantial experience in managing projects.
Managers
A Manager is an experienced management consultant and the day-to-day project leader who delivers professional services to clients. A Manager's position usually requires 3-5 years of experience in other top management consulting firms or equivalent industry experience.
Qualifications for becoming a Manager include an MBA or applicable advanced degree(s) as well as a minimum of 3-5 years consulting or industry experience. Managers must be skilled in written and oral communications and have substantial experience in managing projects with client interaction.
Senior Consultants
Directure offers Senior Consultants the opportunity to work directly with Senior Managers and Managers and contribute to all aspects of case analysis, strategy development, presentation, and implementation. Senior Consultants are key members of the project team, and often have a managerial role. They play a vital role in interacting with and delivering results to the client.
The Senior Consultant’s position at Directure requires an MBA or other equivalent advanced degree(s) with a preference for consulting or relevant industry experience and an additional 2-5 years of experience from other top management consulting firms or equivalent industry experience. Senior Consultants should be highly motivated and result-oriented with strong analytical, communication and management skills.
Consultants
Consultants work closely with clients and colleagues in project teams. They will be assigned different tasks, roles and responsibilities, giving them the opportunity to interact with stakeholders at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom. Their teams will naturally support them in their efforts to take on own responsibility for a project module.
Consultants must have a university degree and perhaps an additional 1-3 years experience from other top management consulting firms or equivalent industry experience.
Business Analyst
Business Analyst Trainees (BAT’s) are assisting Directure’s Project Teams on various multidisciplinary projects. The activities comprise research and analysis of industries, sectors and companies as well as public sector organisations and can include interviews related hereto.
Business Analyst Trainees must be enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme and have perhaps gained initial work experience via internships at management consulting firms or equivalent industry experience.
